Three reasons to impeach Cheney/Bush:

1. Over a period of months they knowingly lied to Congress and US citizens, with the explicit intention to deceive both into supporting a costly, unnecessary, and almost certainly illegal, aggressive and unprovoked, attack on the sovereign nation of Iraq.
2. With respect to Katrina, body armor for soldiers, and lack of planning for Iraq aftermath, they, though inaction and ignoring of clear warnings, showed a reckless indifference to human life.
3. They unilaterally voided (or attempted to void) obligations under international and US laws that ban torture, unleashing ghastly abuses by US military, CIA, and contractor, personnel.

Three reasons to try Cheney/Bush for treason:

1. They intentionally planned, and almost succeeded, in suppressing democracy and installing indefinite one-party rule by pay-to-play lobbyist schemes, cleansing of voter rolls, coercive redistricting, and computerized vote count fraud.
2. They sought to have the USA militarily dominate the world following the PNAC plan for endless, successive war, beginning with Iraq.
3. They sought to have the executive dominate Congress and the courts, by the use of signing statements, politicization of the Justice Department, and avoidance of oversight through spurious claims of executive privilege.
